April 19, 1995 Never Forget I was going to turn 9 a month later. I don't remember much as far as what I was doing or where I was when the Murrah building went down. I remember the aftermath. I'm a soon to be student at UTA, University of Texas at Arlington - I'm trying to get as many basic classes done at the local community college - with my degree going to be in graphic arts and design and possibly a double major of that as well as some other form of art....not sure what though....but art has been a part of my life since I had been able to hold a pencil and crayon. My dad used to draw for DC comics so I've been around other artists and comics all my life.

Anime-Fest 2012

Aah~ A-Fest is almost here!!  And I have so much to do! OTL I've been working on my Beautiful Suzuka cosplay off and on the past few weeks along with my friend's Shishi cosplay. Well, me and my mom. I'm still learning what to do. But I'm almost done with the shoes, and I have the wig. I have my pink suit pinned to fabric and going to hopefully cut that out tomorrow night after I get off work. I have a snazaroo facepaint to try out on my brother and I before I order my real facepaint and whoo! This will be fun! I've never done facepaint before, so this is a whole new experience for me. Stuff Going On and Cosplay and What-Not's

Oh God. I haven't done a journal entry in forever. So A-Kon came and went. It was a lot of fun. I didn't do MLP: FiM like I originally planned, I just treated the con like a vacation. I did buy a lot of art, though! I'll probably post a picture of my Children's Day!Hungary cosplay because I don't think I've posted one yet. Sorry about that.  But I have at least two cosplays planned for Animefest in September: AJ (MLP) and The Beautiful Suzuka (YYH). I'm getting my Suzuka wig commissioned buy ~TemaTime (https://www.deviantart.com/tematime) and it looks wonderful so far! Tumblr's been addicting lately (since January, actually), and I'm pretty damn sure it's to get my mind

TUMBLR-ING and other things~

i haven't posted my tumblr here!!! How dare I???  I think I'm FINALLY starting to get used to it....after almost 8 months....why is it so simple that I can't figure it out??? GAH!
